Personal health record questions for existing MyChart™ patients

  • What will happen to my personal health records that were entered manually into MyChart™?

    If you choose to keep your MyChart™ account active, your personal health records (PHR) information is still available to you until you decide to deactivate your account.

    You will still have access to the following modules after January 21, 2022:

    • Personal health records (including allergies, mood tracker, conditions, procedures, diary, upload other, immunizations, weight tracker, measurements, my contacts and medications)

    • Messages

    • Share my records

    • Personal appointments

    • Manage my account

    • Quick links

  • What will happen to my Fraser Health clinical records after January 21, 2022?

    After January 21, 2022, you will no longer have access to the following modules in MyChart™:

    • Fraser Health clinical records (Fraser Health reports)
    • My education materials
    • Fraser Health appointments
  • How do I request a copy of my Fraser Health clinical records after MyChart™ is discontinued?

    You can contact the Health Records department at the hospital you last visited to obtain a copy of your health and medical records. More information about accessing your health records is available on our website.

  • How do I print my personal health records from MyChart™?

    To print your personal health records, please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to the MyChart portal
    2. Click on the ‘Print’ button available on each personal health record tab as shown in the screenshot below. If you do not see the ‘Print’ button, you can right click on the page and select 'Print'.
