As part of the provincial initiative with Michael Smith Health Research BC and other health authorities in British Columbia, Fraser Health Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) is managed and maintained by the Clinical Trials and Business Development team, who work closely with research teams in training and implementing the program.

8 reasons to use realtime clinical trial management system 

CTMS is a research management platform that integrates and supports all the administrative aspects associated with running clinical research at the research site, such as:

  • automating study target dates and window calculation for patient scheduling;
  • outlook integration;
  • patient visit tracking;
  • tracking patient enrollment statuses for quick view of performance metrics;
  • automation of earnings/expenses, receivables/payables and billables for visits and study level financial activity; and
  • dynamic reporting to aid in collection processes and study financial reconciliation.

All funded studies (including both industry-sponsored and grant-funded trials) are required to use the CTMS program to improve efficiencies.

Please complete the CTMS Intake Event form in ROMEO to add your study to the CTMS. Our CTMS coordinator will add the study and build the study template.
